Our Maple Red Curry was developed for chicken and waffles but is capable of so much more. Try it as a glaze on whatever you barbecue or cap off the night like we do in our sugar house with a Vermont Gong: 1 ½ oz. vodka, 3 oz. tonic water, ½ oz. red curry maple syrup, squeeze of lemon.
